This is an open app to report any incidents, near miss events, good practice or suggestions, and now, COPTTM incidents which have been seen on NZ Transport Agency sites.
The new version of the NZTA Zero Harm app has increased functionality, allowing you to see the feedback from your reports.
NZTA Zero Harm is an app for NZ Transport Agency workers and those who work directly for the NZ Transport Agency.
